All warranty data—including receipts, dates, product details, and coverage terms—is supplied by the user and is not verified by Howie Shipp.

Howie Shipp does not create, modify, extend, validate, or enforce warranties. Storage of information on our platform does not guarantee warranty coverage or claim approval.

All warranty reminders are generated exclusively from user-provided data. Howie Shipp does not calculate warranty periods independently and does not register warranties with manufacturers, retailers, or service providers.

Reminder delivery is not guaranteed. Technical delays, errors, or interruptions may occur. You remain solely responsible for tracking warranty coverage and expiration dates.

Howie Shipp shall not be liable for expired warranties, missed claims, financial loss, or denied warranty service.
